The good: Emily consciously introduces the three Ms – mindfulness, meditation and manifesting – throughout the book by blending science, real life examples and practical tools.
The bad: It is hard to successfully learn how to meditate by reading a book so I highly recommend checking out Emily’s complete meditation practice, Ziva Online.
Favourite aspect of the book: The step-by-step instructions that were easy to understand and apply to my life. Perfect for beginners! I have never consistently performed a meditation practice before reading this book. I did the Z technique for approximately a month before registering for Ziva Online.
